Hi there, We’re truly sorry it didn’t go to plan — especially as the gift was for someone unwell. We know how important these gestures can be. According to the DPD tracking, the original order was delivered successfully, but we completely understand that things can happen around deliveries. “Delivery on time. Nice products and well packaged. Did not appreciate the delivery driver leaving my items on the doorstep and leaving. If I hadn't heard the door, I wouldn't have known they were there, and left in the full sun.”
