“I ordered the afternoon tea for Father’s Day to be delivered. It was really fun to have the delivery as a surprise, the packaging was fun and the gift is a bit different/unexpected. It was perfect for a rainy day at home with the new baby. The cakes and scones were delicious and I would recommend it - I only wish there were more options for tea and that there was another savoury bite as it was all a bit sweet.”

“This company completely floored me with their customer service, exceptional! In all my interactions with them I watched them putting so much effort into making sure I was satisfied with their services. I must admit that I am not the biggest fan of all their products, as sometimes appearance seems to win over flavor, but what they do well they do seriously well (case in point: brownies, holy moly!).”

“Lovely company and always provide reliably delicious treats. Think delivery service pricing needs to be reviewed and factored into the cost of goods as it’s half the price of the product which is not competitive vs similar services.”

“Arrived on time with appropriate and sustainable packaging. Cake itself was delicious, enjoyed by all. My only complaint would be it's quite small for the price, serves around 4-5. It would be good if there were other size options like some of the other cakes, along with piping a message option.”

“Company was responsive and helpful. This would have been 5 stars except for two issues. I paid a little extra for a guaranteed delivery slot between 8 am and 12 pm, and my cake turned up at 7:30 am. Whilst I should be happy it was early - it didn't suit my needs to receive it outside of the planned slot, but overall I suppose this really is a minor issue. My second issue was related to the cake itself - I was a little underwhelmed. It lacked the zing I'd expect from something with Lemon as one of the headline flavours, it was all a little sweet and 'samey'. It was beautiful otherwise.”
