“There was good communication regarding the order and it was as pictured on the website.”

“Probably it’s not the store faults but I did not get my delivery on time to surprise my bf birthday as I was away from him for three so I wanted to do a little something for his birthday. But no, nothing special happens cause the order was not delivered. There was no phone call about the cake arriving, nothing just an update on the website saying that they could not deliver as they couldn’t find the address. It’s impossible to not find the address even amazon and shein could find the address.”

We’ve looked into your order and can see that the courier marked the delivery as unsuccessful as they were unable to locate the address. We unfortunately don’t receive real-time updates from the courier, so we do rely on customers to loop us in if anything goes wrong so we can step in quickly.
