“Not all their fault but despite ordering in time they rely on DPD to pick the time of delivery between 8and 8pm so not always during t the day. I wanted it before 6 as it was a business. I rearranged delivery and they still delivered the day originally set and handed the parcel to a random man In the car park. So big fail”

“Paid for next day before 12 and it came at 3.30 with crashed biscuits and the cream had liquefied in the jar. Complained and got a refund but did ruin the birthday present I arranged it for.”

“I do not have a bad thing to say about Cutter & Squidge - you will pay a premium price but the taste of the goods are amazing and the customer service is brilliant. I don’t have a bad word to say about them. I have never come across a team as customer focussed and empathetic as this one, for this industry. Class service!”
