The quality of the goods themselves are high and delivery times are good. However, you have to pay for returns yourself so it cost me €18 to send a top back that didn't fit. This is way to high a risk for me (20% of the overall cost of the shirt!). I would love to order some other items but not with that return policy

I ordered the Flow and Frida Kahlo tech tshirts because I love the colours and designs. I ordered to mostly (90%) wear for yoga. The Flow tshirt is black at the front. I wore twice ONLY doing yoga. I noticed a "white" mark on top LHS of tshirt the size of a golf ball but enough to ruin overall look 9f tshirt 😔 I contacted Cycology and they said I must have rubbed tshirt off something!! I sent them photo. I felt I hadn't and IF I had then the tech tshirts are not good quality or very robust! I was told they recommend washing their products in a washbag and in cold water in washing machine. I am now so nervous wearing my tshirts! I am very disappointed with the quality of material. They suggested it is pilling and I should use pilling remover gadget, which I don't have! I feel strongly that this should not have happened to tech tshirts manufactured for cycling etc. I buy a lot of tshirts and have never had this happen before. 😔

I ordered one of their windproof road cycling jackets. Delivery was nice and quick (I have bought several items before and never had a problem with delivery). The jacket came up rather small so I had to return this for credit and buy a larger size - seemed long winded but all worked out. The new jacket arrived promptly, and fitted well. But the product description of breathable panels is rather far fetched. I have worn the jacket 4 times and on each occasion have found myself getting rather sweaty. There seems to be no way of leaving review on their website, and comments via “complaints” have gone unanswered. I would recommend the DHB Aeron products; superior quality and great value...

I receive my 1st order from Cycology but they sent the wrong size. I have emailed the company twice but they haven't responded. I do expect a company to have better customer service when there is a problem.

Ordered 4 items to complete kit for MSBike ride. I have MS. Paid $10 for 2 business day shipping. 1 item wasn't in warehouse so they promptly refunded. Got shipment 4 business days later. Contacted company because 1 item I received was wrong item. Informed them that label was wrong and sent photo. They said I could keep wrong item and would ship out right item. I was a happy customer. Got next shipment and was again wrong item and still wrong label. They refunded for wrong item, but not $10 quick ship fee. I asked and they said refunded. I checked and no refund. Then, despite numerous requests, they just ignored. When I sent FB IM to company with problem, they sent response asking for information, but then blocked so I couldn't respond. I went to FB site and they blocked me from leaving comments and deleted my earlier comments with concerns. Now they wont respond about earlier concerns or refund. I love their artwork and the items I received. However, based on my experience and viewing the other reviews about customer service, I would hesitate before ordering anything from this company. Does not appear that they are concerned about customer service. Really sad because I had additional orders and hoped to encourage additional orders in NW USA.

Horrible greedy dishonest people who sell nice looking clothing. I returned products (sent March 3, arrived with tracking March 11). They lied and claimed never received and continue to cheat me out of a refund. I'll have to call the police apparently.

-----------------DO NOT SHOP HERE --------------- I had ordered bib shorts form here, wore them 5 times. Got in contact with them to ask for a refund and they immediately told me it was something I had done. They refused to accept blame and would not do anything to rectify the situation. My partner and I wont be shopping here anymore and I do not recommend that you do. Because in the event something goes wrong, THEY WILL NOT RECTIFY IT - you have been warned.

Exchange policy unacceptable. Needed several items (received as gifts from wife) exchanged for appropriate size. Was required to pay postage for returned items, which would be refunded, then pay postage again for reordered items in correct size. Told cycology I would cut my losses & not be paying a third lot of postage for replacement items. Ultimately $50 out of pocket due two lots of postage & nothing to show for it... Not how majority of (successful) online retailers manage exchange transactions. Sadly, being both an avid cyclist & supporter of Australian businesses, I won't conduct any return business with cycology, nor recommend that others do so.

WARNING: DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ORDERED ITEMS RECEIVED TRACKING INFO AND THEN NOTHING. ONLY METHOD OF CONTACT IS EMAIL. CONTACTED 3 TIMES ABOUT LACK OF PROGRESS SHOWN ON TRACKING. THE COMPANY NEVER OFFERED TO OVERNIGHT THE ITEMS EVEN AFTER THEY FINALLY TOOK A MINUTE TO DISCOVER THE SHIPPING AGENT NEVER SCANNED THE ITEMS. I FINALLY HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. POSSIBLE SCAM.

To make a return, you have to have the original packaging!! And they still deduct $10.00 !! not just tags , but packaging!! who keeps all of the original packaging??

Poor product and arrogant customer support. Dye from cycle bib short leaked over my clothes. Despite sending photographic evidence to them at their request, they implied I was wrong and this couldn’t happen as they had done rigorous testing. They also suggested wearing a g- string - which I felt was inappropriate to someone who is nearly 60. I expect to be able to wear whatever underwear I damn well like when I go for a ride and not have it dictated by the dubious quality of my cycling shorts No offer of refund or reimbursement. Will not buy from them again

This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I brought a pair of bib shorts using their sizing guide. They fit fine until I am actually on my bike where the back panel stretches thinly and looks like I've had them for 5 years. After one short ride the inside legs wore, I've never had this with any other pair of cycling shorts. It was suggested it was rubbing on something (not sure if this lot are actually cyclists but you generally sit on a saddle). The suggestion was to buy a battery operated pill and fuzz remover! The fact it has worn into the fabric has been ignored and they wont remedy this or communicate at all. It appears Cycology are happy that this is a 'quality' product. Looking at the other reviews on here the poor customer service and garment quality seems to be a reoccurring theme. Don't waste your money with this lot, it's cheap and as I've found out doesn't last longer than one ride.

I ordered a pair of women’s bike pants/shorts and they were a good fit. However, after having used them for only 6 months, the padding has become all scrunched up between the legs and I cannot use them any longer. I have followed the washing guide (30 degrees) and only line-dried them. The response I got when I asked for e new pair or money back was that this never happens to their products and they won’t refund me. They said I should have hand washed them (there are no instructions saying I have to hand wash them and who hand washed their cycle clothes every day?!) I could have 20% off on another pair, that was their offer. There’s no way I will spend more money on yet another pair from this brand. Extremely disappointed customer.

I was a happy customer untill I sent 2 oversized items back. Never had a refund nor even a response. After this breach of trust/swindle no more Cycology for me.

Terrible customer service to the point they have blocked me on social media!! Their delivery terms and conditions are not legal and they have not took any notice of my consumer rights.. I never received a parcel they had Royal Mail deliver and they think it’s my place to claim and they will not replace or refund. They are ignoring e mails

My order arrived damaged by some sort of oil, it had happened in the postal system. Cytology told me to wash it and hope for the best as Royal Mail will not compensate them if it doesn’t show up in a photo, well being black fabric it doesn’t. Their customer service isn’t interested and are not happy that I questioned their response. Very poor customer service and I feel like they dislike the customer questioning them. I will never purchase from them again. My advice is to avoid, because when things go wrong they don’t want to know.

Woeful Customer service. Took over 20 days for my package to be delivered, despite being in the same city as Cycology. When I chased this up the response I got was essentially "It's not our fault and not our problem." The quality of their products is ok, but other brands with ranges in a similar price point ie Rapha, Pedal Mafia, Pedla are much better with vastly superior service.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Cycology for the last five years buying more than 10 items from you. The last long-sleeve Frida shirt he bought for me was too tight but the previous Frida shirt in the same size fit perfectly. It was discovered that the material used was different (spandex was added to the later shirt, making it compressed and very form-fitting.) I wrote customer service (Deb) about my problem. She could not understand why the shirt was tight. I think everyone knows spandex is used to tighten up or compress garments. She told me if I had all the original packaging and tags and I had not worn the shirt, I would receive a refund. If not, "sorry". I had worn the shirt, that is how I discovered it was too tight! My husband would not have ordered the shirt if he would have known that the material and sizing was different, making the shirt much tighter. Lesson Learned!

I absolutely love the quality of materials used in Cycology cycle-wear. My recent order of Women's Medium Jersey and matching Medium Vest was disappointing. The Medium sized vest is 5+ inches wider in the chest than matching Medium sized jersey. I emailed multiple pictures to Cycology and they shared the extra 5+ inches is to accomodate a jersey under the vest. Who wears 5+ inches of base layering. Even 2 base layers wouldn't be 1/2 an inch. Who wants a vest with 4 inches of extra fabric filling with air on a bike ride??? They also didn't provide any information on what vest size is similar to their Medium Jersey for me to reorder. Naturally, I returned the vest and kept the awesome jersey.
