“It has been months now, they never sent my item and I have been chasing a refund. They’d said they processed it and it would take 14 days but it’s now been 17. They have stolen £230 of my money. VERY UNHAPPY and I will be taking legal action against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!”

“I ordered and paid for the Frances Woven Rattan 1-Door Cabinet in Natural on 10th Jan. The item never arrived. It took multiple emails, phone calls and social media messages to eventually get a response - which was they couldn’t tell me what happened to the item but appeared to have been lost. These things happen so it’s understandable, but what is not understandable is how much effort is on the behalf of the customer to try and track someone down to speak to about this. Awful service which is in-line with the rest of the recent reviews I have read. This company remove any comments on Instagram where someone has had a negative experience and just leave any positive comments which is not transparent or reflective of a true experience of the majority with them. As of 2nd Feb I am still waiting for the refund, I’m not holding my breath! Do yourself a favour and spend a little more to buy from a reputable company who will properly address any issues or concerns you have.”
“Daals furniture are crooks and scam, DO NOT ORDER anything from them? I have been waiting for over a month for them to collect and issue a refund for faulty armchair, but still nothing. I have called and called emailed escalated you name it, but they will fob you off and blatantly lie about courier coming to pick up a parcel, no tracking number, but they tell you to sit at home 7am until 6pm for courier that was never booked and will never turn up, I 've been waiting at home every day now for a whole week! Luckily I have raised a case against them with my credit company to get my money back. I have never ever dealt with worst company and customer service. They should be reported to consumer watchdog.”
“Do not buy from them! The worst customer service and delivery policies. Took 10 days to dispatch my order, then only gave me 3 hours in the middle of the working day to respond regarding availability for delivery the next day. As I couldn't check my phone whilst working, I would have had to pay £30 for a failed delivery.
Having then taken the next morning off to make sure I was home, the delivery arrived outside of the 3 hour slot.
Their live chat agents are patronising and unhelpful, and no one answers the phones. After an automated message saying it may take an hour to get connected to an agent, the call simply hangs up and you have t re dial
The delivery driver let me move all of the packages into other rooms before telling me he needs to take photos of them as proof.
Incompetent from start to finish, dreadful customer service, awful policies designed to sting you into paying for a rescheduled delivery. I will never use them again”
“Disgraceful service.
I ordered 4 rattan dining chairs and all 4 came in such bad condition with scratches, bumps, dents and all sorts. One of the chairs is completely unusable as the arm chair part of it was delivered with a crack in the wood going all the way through the entirety of the arm from front to back.
I immediatley took pictures of these and sent an email to customer services and I have sent another since. I have not had a response in 2 weeks. All i asked for was a replacement for the extremely damaged chair, i would have been happy to keep the rest eventhought they were also in bad condition.
Poor quality products and terrible customer service in not responding. Spent £700 on unusable chairs.”
“Ordered dressing table on 18th December still not received…
Ordered dressing table on 18th December as present for my Grandaughter and paid for fast delivery before Christmas as promised. To date still not received. Did get through to customer service one and was told there had been issues with DPD said would refund delivery (still not received) am unable to get through now call gets cut off. I have emailed twice and again no response as per my last email I want a refund. Very disappointing my contract for supply of goods was with Daals and not DPD. Order number 164500. Please have the decency to at least respond to emails or this review - disgusting and will never use this company again! would also now like to add that Trustpilot said Daals had asked for for further details and said review could be removed - I think I gave enough details including order number. Still have no response from Daals”

2. Poor quality, chipped edge, seems like the top of the table is missing a varnish coat, my kids would destroy it in a first go eating on it

I was so disgusted to be informed on the morning that my sofa was delivered by Daals delivery driver that they do not climb stairs or deliver anything above ground level.
The driver who could not even be bother to arrive on time stayed in his van and told me he does not deliver to first floors and informed me that he is not insured for this and DAALS is aware of this practice by its drivers and includes it horrible delivery practice in its FAQs.
Lucky my mother or grandmother or less abled person did not order my 60 plus kilograms of furniture.
He then proceed to ask me where on the ground I wanted him to drop my items and rudely told me again he was not going to deliver my items to my front door.
This is after I have paid for delivery so it was not free and ordered furniture from a company that knows it deals in heavy items.
I am so disgusted by the whole experience and my neighbour who witnessed the whole thing and my entire team who I had to explain the reason for delays into work were horrified.
Least to say I will not be ordering from this misleading company with its rude service of
delivery. Furthermore checked it’s FAQs and nowhere do they say drivers are not insured to deliver items if you live above ground level. Furthermore the FAQS talk about free delivery but DAALS charged me for delivery and dumped my items outside and not by my front door.
I am fully disgusted and it will be a long day in hell before I forget this experience.
Let’s see if 1 year from now companies like you are still operating a service because with the competion and much more carefully adopted and excellent level of customer service out there - choice is my friend but will become your worst nightmare.
I will be arranging for you to pick up your item as it is soured from your business practices which leave large room for demolition and then improvement.”
“Terrible company. Shipped wrongly aligned chair frames. Aren't willing to exchange them. They claim that the frame was damaged during assembly, therefore, voiding any warranty. This isn't true. Customer support doesn't really care about looking deeper into the problem and providing a solution (support Josh, didn't even ask for the order number or chair model). It could be easily fixed by shipping a new frame or backrest, but instead, they prefer to make the purchasing experience a nightmare. Very disappointing. Better avoid!”
“Absolutely dreadful Company. I ordered two barstools and when they turned up the box was filthy and partially opened. On opening the barstools they looked more brown than grey. Immediately I resealed the box without removing the chairs and put it in the back of my car. The following week I dropped them back at the warehouse as it wasn’t too far away. Four days later a received an email saying I was being deducted 10% off my refund because the box was damaged. I immediately rang customer services and explained the box was like that when I received it. Customer services were adamant I was being deducted 10% so I put the purchase into dispute with PayPal.
After leaving another review on trust pilot I received a response from Daals saying they had reviewed my order and indeed the box was damage and had issued a full refund. THIS WAS NOT TRUE! Then I received an email saying they would not refund me unless I dropped the case against them. Eventually after speaking directly to PayPal and providing the required evidence, PayPal agreed with me and refunded in full. This company are an absolute disgrace. The directors should be ashamed. They treat their customers is a disgraceful way. Just read other people experiences. Awful.”
“I would not use this company again. I ordered a 3 seater sofa by mistake when I meant to order the 2 seater. As soon as I noticed my mistake (the next day) I contacted Daals to see if this could be rectified. They said yes, no problem we will let the courier know not to deliver and to bring the 3 seater back. I was extremely grateful for this. However, they did not let the courier know, and they delivered it anyway (dumped in my driveway with no warning txt/email when I was not in). For 4 weeks they promised they would collect it (i have 6 emails promising this) then this week they decide they are not going to collect and I have to pay to send it back myself. I dont understand why promise this then not honour it, wasting my time for a month. They delivered it after saying they wouldnt, now I have to pay to send it back? Not to be trusted.”
“DREADFUL COMPANY DO NOT BUY the colour of the sofa is completely different to that delivered and when I called customer service they didn't want to know or help. Kept telling me that its just a slight colour variation so they will take as a change or mind. It's not even a slight colour variation its a completely different shade. They have refused to puck up and refund our money. Now I've read the reviews I can see this has happened to thousands of people. I'm utterly gutted.”
“If I had a chance to give zero stars I would. It was very bad customer service. The product that came to me was used, moldy and rusty everywhere. I ordered 2 dining table chairs it was the worst experience of my life. I couldn't even return it. They did not come to take the products and did not refund my money. I changed my vacation plan 2 times because of them”
