“This was my first experience with Daniel Footwear. I’ve bought a pair if ugg that unfortunately I had to return because too small. The overall experience was great and the customer service is is one of the best I dealt with. Really pleased with my experience”

“Ordered Size 5 Ugg's received size 3 phoned up was send free return label via email an told a size 5 pair would be sent out. However never received them not received refund either so opened a dispute on PayPal.”

“The boots I bought were absolutely stunning. Great fit, style and quality. Really a timeless boot. Highly recommended. Just as well i went with my instinct and ordered my normal size because customer service advised me 2 sizes up even after i gave them the exact measurements of my foot. I don't know how that works out!!! The boots are stunning, customer service could be more efficient and improved.”

“Daniel is my go to website for shoes and boots for every occasion - trainers, boots for walking the dog and special occasion heels - I have bought them all from Daniel and on the odd occasion when the style I have chosen doesn't quite fit, their returns service works well.
