“I hadn’t heard of Daniel footwear before and stumbled upon their website, I ordered a pair of boots and 2 pairs of loafers in the sale and was so happy with my purchases, all the products were brilliant quality and the delivery and returns process was also very good.”

“Although the delivery time was reasonable, I was disappointed when the item arrived because of the sparse packaging. I had paid £50 for an Ugg bobble hat, expecting it to arrive in a box or some other type of official Ugg packaging so that I could present it as a gift for Christmas. It actually turned up in a clear plastic bag, which was wrapped in another blue plastic bag. I even thought it could be fake as their was no Ugg certificate as you would expect with Ugg items (I have purchased many Ugg products from various retailers and have never had such terrible non-authentic packaging before) . I would not use Daniel footwear again because of this.”

Hi Lisa, I am sorry you were not happy with your item. I cannot see that you have contacted us to discuss this? I can assure you all of our UGG products are genuine and authentic. You are able to check this on https://www.ugg.com/uk/counterfeit.html and typing in Daniel Footwear and you will see we are an authorised seller of UGG. Unfortunately our UGG Hats do not come in a box from the supplier so we are unable to send them in an UGG box. “I bought a gilet which is absolutely gorgeous! Wonderful service - I ordered it on a Saturday afternoon and it came free of delivery charge on the Tuesday - very pleased with Daniel Footwear!”

“Received (in USA) great looking shoes that fit well back in April 2017 and was charged by Daniel Footwear via FedEx for taxes in amount of $129.00 US. The shoes were less than $100 but wrongfully assessed as being worth over $9.000. Can you beat that?”

Hi Barbara, I can see you have previously contacted us regarding this matter. We emailed you back on 04/05/2017 saying Many thanks for your email, unfortunately we are not liable for these charges, this is stated on our website in the delivery and returns section. It also states that orders are subject to local tax and customs as you do not pay VAT on your order. I have now sent you this email again. With regards to the item wrongfully assessed cannot see that you said this anywhere in your original email. If you can get the proof across to us that this item was assessed at over $9.000 then we can look into giving you some compensation. “Had the Sorel black ankle boots in stock in my size. All other retailers I tried were out of stock (including Sorel). Delivery was prompt.”

“Boots were very nice but a bit too small I’m in between sizes so often have to guess which one to order. I would have reordered the next size if it weren’t for the fact returns are not free on sale items. It cost me £12 to send back the boots so I didn’t want to risk having to pay that again!”

“Bought some boots for my daughter. Best price around and delivered promptly. Unfortunately they didn't fit, through no fault of Daniel Footwear, so I returned them. This was pretty painless and free and I got my refund in a reasonable time”

“Ordered my Stuart Weitzman shoes online and they were delivered promptly. Have ordered before online and have never been disappointed by service or quality of goods. Also, love shopping in Daniel, Hyndland Road, Glasgow, Andrew, Heather et all are superb! Would not hesitate to recommend.”
