“As i was not at home my mom was there to receive the parcel. They were very in time and quick delivery. Also the product in real is exactly as showed on the Daniel Footwear website. And one more thing...their SALES of my same product ordered by DF were starting quicker then FARFETCH, So bye bye Farfetch, GOODMORNING Daniel Footwear.”

“Bought a pair of Ugg slippers for my partner for Christmas. Although delivery was quick and free, I could believe that the show box was damaged. It was like someone had punched a hole through it. This did not happen during transit because the shoe box was inside an even larger box. The silly thing is that there was a sticker inside the show box with someone’s initials to say that both shoes have been checked (some kind of quality control I guess). What a pity that they couldn’t be bothered to check the lid of the box. The truth is, Daniels doesn’t care about the customers overall satisfaction. I was utterly embarrassed to hand this to my partner on Christmas morning, it looked like I bought it cheap. Daniels should NEVER let anything get sent out in this condition. Disappointing!”

“Customer service was excellent as I was unable to track my order due to incorrect tracking no being issued. CS sent me correct no & tracked order for me. Unfortunately the boots I ordered didn’t fit & I had to return them.”
