“Ordering was easy and even though I purchased during the Christmas/New Year period, the goods arrived very quickly. Was delighted to find that buying on-line was significantly cheaper than buying the same goods from their outlet store. It was fortunate for me that the outlet store didn't have my size in stock earlier that day - hence my checking out their on-line shop and saving a third of the price.”

“I saw the Ugg Dandylion boots in John Lewis and fell in love with them. However, at £160 just before Christmas they were too expensive. I checked online and saw them at £120 on Daniel Footwear website. I ordered straight away, and they came very quickly, with no delivery charge. Excellent service, would have no hesitation to buy from them again”

“"I LOVE THIS SHOP" really nice quality boots, Iv ordered 3 pairs now and every time "no problems whatsoever" really super quality, perfect sizing in my opinion, and the service is excellent. They take the time to wrap your boxes in Daneil logo tissue paper, which feels really special when your opening the box, if ever I need any type of footwear in the future I will always look at Daneils first. Thank you so much. AAAAAAAA************”

“Was a little disappointed with the delivery time. I know I ordered during the Christmas period but it would've been nice to have received an automated email saying when you guys would be able to deliver in relation to this period. So I wouldn't have had to sit around and wait. The quality of the boots I purchased was outstanding. Though I have asked to exchange for a larger size (so I can wear socks)”

“I am very happy with my purchase, I love my new bag! The only issue I do have with my order from Daniel Footwear is the packaging that was used for my item. When I received my bag it was in a plastic bag which I think is poor for the money that I spent on the item. I would have preferred for my bag to have been packaged in a box as I believe this is a better way of packaging an item and would ensure the item was safe from being marked during the courier process. Although my bag did not have a mark on it I just feel the packaging could have been better especially giving the amount of money which I spent with Daniel Footwear.”

“Delivery was quick and the boots that came were lovely but were the wrong size to which I ordered and which was stated on the box. They refunded my money promptly and with no problem. Just very disappointed with the wrong item as they were selling for a great price”

“I bought these shoes but was disappointed they were almost 5 inches not 4 as advertised. Also my toes showed too much (toe cleavage) so these did not suit me. Send them back and Daniel were very quick to refund my money. Altogether a very positive shopping experience.”

“Very easy ordering process. Boots arrived within two days Well packed & great quality . Unfortunately I had to return them as they were too tight . Sent them via free post & received a personal email informing me that I would receive a refund within a few days I would buy from this firm again”

“I was pleased to receive my Ugg Boots at a fantastic price. And the quality and delivery were first rate. My only issue with the order is that neither pair of the 2 pairs that I ordered, were the colour I wanted. I ordered 2, from the same webpage, with the same description, 2 days apart, and they were both different - and neither the colour that I thought I had ordered. The first were a christmas gift for myself from my husband, and the second a gift we then ordered for someone else. Both 2 days before christmas. As they were xmas gifts, we chose not to return them. But it did make me question ordering from Daniel in the future.”
