“Shoes arrived quickly and are exactly what I expected. High quality, elegant and actually more comfortable than I imagined. I ordered 2 different sizes and the team at Daniel were excellent in arranging a refund for the pair I didn't need.”

“The service I have received has been exceptional with a couple of queries I had relating to sale offers. Your staff showed courtesy and professionalism at all times. When I received my orders they were beautifully wrapped and all of the boots I ordered where of the utmost quality. I do shop in your Alderley Edge branch and always receive great service there also! You have a great team of people. Thank you.”

“Prompt delivery, easy to use website. I love Fly shoes so good value but need to get one shoe stretched as quite tight in comparison to the other so will delay their use otherwise no complaints really.”

“I love my gloves. My only complaint was that they were delivered to a neighbour on 23 December and Citilink had not left a card advising me that they had been delivered. (I also had not heard from the neighbour but it was around Christmas!) I phoned Daniel Footwear I think on the 27 December asking where my order was as it had been despatched. They did answer almost immediately and said Citilink had delivered to a neighbour. They took my phone number and called me back within minutes to advise where they had been delivered. I appreciate that Citilink had big issues and am relieved my order was delivered safely.”

“My order came in good time but very disappointed with the lack of comfort in the style. After 1 days wear the fur had gone flat and all I can feel is hard ridges under my feet.”

“Bought boots in designer outlet & impressed with service there, wanted to buy slippers too, but not in stock, so shop assistant said she could order them online for me.However not convenient to callback at store & she suggested that I order online myself. Found this quick & easy.An impressive service”
