“Not had a great experience in all honesty. Ordered online a beige DKNY bag for my Wife's xmas present. Got sent the wrong one - Got sent the Khaki version of the bag. I phoned up customer services and the chap on the phone was very helpful and sorted out getting the correct one sent to me. He was brilliant and very efficient and did some ringing around the stores to locate me the correct bag. Sent back the incorrectly sent bag nearly 2 weeks ago and still not received a refund. Chased it up with them and they have lots of returns to work through apparently.”

“I ordered a DKNY purse and was told it was in stock and the payment was taken from our Paypal account. During this time I had an email from Very Exclusives offering me the same purse at the same discounted price of £53. I deleted this email believing I would receive my order from Daniel Footwear. I then got an email from Daniel Footwear to say they couldn't get the item and our payment was refunded. The purse is now back at the original price of £75 on the Very website. Daniel Footwear should not accept orders and take payments before knowing for certain that they have the product. I won't be ordering from them again and will not be recommending them to anyone.”
