“This is the second time I’ve ordered from this site and I have been satisfied each time! The delivery time was accurate and the cost reasonable! The only one down side was the size guide was a little confusing with all of the different brands but I just went off the basic one at the top and thankfully they fit”

“My online order arrived quickly, and I could conveniently return unwanted shoes to my local store. I was however disappointed in the refund process, which seemed to take longer than other stores, and the email which I received, ambiguously stated 'Your order has been updated', with no other information or reference to WHAT had been updated! Customers being left to assume that the relevant refund has been processed, is surely not good service?”

“The sandals were of excellent quality, the design it's self was not suitable for me. How ever I would have no hesitation in ordering another product from the company in the future. Also I received my refund immediately with no problem. I would recommend the company to others.”

“Ordered my shoes which arrived on time, unfortunately they were too tight.I returned them to the Glasgow store and received an email next day confirming refund for returns. The lady who dealt with my return in Glasgow was very friendly and helpful, the whole process was hassle free. I will continue to purchase my shoes from Daniel Footwear as they have a fabulous range at very good prices, I think that now I have found this store it will be my first choice for shoes and bags.”
