“My order for a pair of shoes arrived promptly and packed beautifully !! They were too big - so I returned them via Royal Mail and received a postal Certificate, however I am still in negotiation with Daniels footwear awaiting for their receipt for the shoes. I also requested a smaller size but due to the recent problem I have asked for that to be cancelled.”

“Purchased a DKNY bucket bag. Lovely bag. Soft leather. My daughter thinks so too and keeps borrowing it. I've hardly had chance to use it myself. Delivery service was very good and an excellent price. Thank you. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from you again and would definitely recommend.”

“I provided incorrect Post Code for the delivery address and therefore my parcel got stuck somewhere. As soon as I saw that on Hermes website, I called Daniel Footwear - first person promised to call the courier to get the post code changed but as I did not hear anything back from him, I called again. A lovely lady, Chloe Patterson said she was going to call Hermes and get the Post code changed and then she confirmed that to me via email. An information appeared on Hermes website the same day later. As the information had not been changed on a Hermes website for the next few days, I called again to get an update. Although Hermes lost my parcel, I got another one sent by Nathan Turner who perfectly dealt with my problem (he even emailed me to get the correct post code) and I got my shoes on the next day ! I will definitely order from them again ! Great customer service and people ready to help you ! :) thank you guys!”

“I had been looking for a pair of 'holographic' sandals and was delighted when I saw these. I was even more pleased when I took advantage of the 20% discount available over the Easter weekend! The package arrived promptly with good email communication regarding despatch etc. As for the sandals - they are very comfortable and look fab!”
