Good Morning, Sorry to hear that the shoes were not as expected and many thanks for bringing this to our attention. Upon further inspection, the shoes do have tones of navy in them, we have informed our e-commerce team and they have updated the website. “My purchase of fitflop Fifi knee length boots arrived extremely quickly, well packaged. Extremely good service from store and head office when I rang for information. Marked down a star only because the boots are quite short of the knee and not very generous in the calf. I am interested in the naomi all leather boots but feel that I would not get them on my calf's (17") Anyone with slightly bigger calf's would not get these on. I have kept them because of the comfort of fitflop soles and hope that they will last, they do feel a bit thin on the leather and do not look or feel like £160 boots.”

“I love these shoes. Most comfortable ever. They are a little too wide and makes a good fit hard to get and have a good fit. Do they come in different width? Love them Hard to find. I am 84 years old and it is hard to feel comfortable and safe in my shoes.. Just try to make them in a more narrow width. Pricy Maybe you could think of a small discount.”

“Ordered fitflops. Arrived within a day. Correct size and correct colour. Love them ( although need to wear them in - bit sore between toes but thats part of the deal with all toe straps,) Got them in the sale so even better. No problems encountered”

“Recently bought a lovely pair of suede boots with a silver trim round the heel. I saw them in a Daniel shop but bought them online as I could get a discount on the full price. But it was useful to be able to try them on in the shop.”
