“The service was quick and efficient. The shoes I ordered were beautiful just as shown on the screen. Definitely excellent value and prompt delivery, what's not to like? I am glad I found Daniel on line and will continue to order from them. I am one happy customer for sure!”

“Quick free delivery on high quality boots , which unfortunately didn't fit. After returning the boots I was refunded immediately with a friendly email notifying me. Excellent customer service , will definitely shop online with them again.”

“What I thought was a size 7, turned out to be a size 8. Misinformed on the website which resulted in me having to return the goods. Not only that because the item was in sale, I had to spend almost £10 on return delivery postage as the free returns label does not cover items purchased in sale!”

Dear Cassie, Thank you for your feedback, I have had a look into this for you and it appears that the size that was ordered was a 41 which equates to a UK8, this is also communicated in the size guide on the website. “Ordered some casual shoes for the autumn,they had not arrived after 5 days.Sent an email,apparently the courier had misplaced them.Poatage was refunded,and shoes arrived next day.Could not ask for a better service.”
