“Was slightly shocked when I opened my box to discover two differently sized shoes! However, Laura from Daniel footwear located the correct shoe and posted it straight to me. Very prompt service and immediately rectified their mistake with apologies.”

“Found this site looking for a particular pair of shoes that I'd seen another lady wearing, so glad I did :) Found the shoes, it was very easy to order shoes and size, easy to make payment. Quick delivery time, excellent packaging and the shoes were Fab. Definatly have/will use this site again and again.”

“After i ve reordered the shoes as exchange wasn t available, paid for delivery again i got sent a faulty pair. Melissa shoes are made of plastic, this ones have lace inside of plastic. One of the shoes has been cut and plastic was melted to put it back in place. The edges are cut to bring it in line and the plastic on that area has different texture compared to the rest os shoe I order things online regularly, even from daniel footwear i ve ordered in the past but i ve never received an item in such a state The worst experience so far from my online shoping”

“I am very disappointed with the delivery time. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my parcel. I had no idea it would take so long. Still don't know when I will receive my parcel as it hasn't even been out for delivery as yet.”

Dear Sibongile, Thank you for your review, we have been looking into your delivery, and it is currently with the South African post office on the same tracking number as you have been given. It should be out for delivery towards the start of this week for you. Our courier advises that delivery to South Africa should take 4-8 days to be delivered, so your parcel has been well outside of their advised delivery time, which we will take up with them. “I paced a order for an item allegedly in stock, my money was taken, only to be told a couple of days later that the shoes weren't available after all. Probably a scam for cash flow. Don't bother with them”
