“Superb service. Great price for a pair of Doc Martens that are still full price in the DM shop. Excellent communication regarding dispatch and delivery. Arrived within 2-3 days nicely package and my daughter is thrilled with her new shoes. Thank you”

“I Live in Australia and was unable to find the mini melissa baby shoes I wanted, after some research found this store who had stock was much cheaper. Shoes were Delivered within couple days to my sisters in London as she was coming here..I would most definitely shop here again.”

“I have bought a few boots, runners and shoes from Daniel and every one has fit perfectly. The last pair of shoes I bought were in the sale at some ridiculous percentage off. I bought one pair and within a few days bought a second pair the exact same because they were so amazing! I cannot speak to their return policy because I have never had to use it. I guess that speaks for itself. The only one thing I find is that a lot of their footwear is expensive but if you are a smart shopper you can find great quality products at good prices on the web site. Again though, if you want quality you have to pay for it. In summary I would say that this online retailer has never let me down. Thanks.”

“Excellent customer service. I was keen to receive my purchase the next day but I ordered the item on Friday (they don't usual have next day delivery on the weekend.) the customer service lady went out of her way to track this handbag in a London shop location, she then organised with the shop to arrange special next day delivery. I was super impressed, she went out of her way to make this all happen.”

“The service was great and the item was exactly as desribed. I recieved regular updates on the status of my item, whichi was very pleased about. However, the item went through a further reduction the day after it arrived with me so I was very gutted about that!”
