“Excellent service from Daniel footwear, parcel arrived on time, very good packaging. Unfortunately the shoes were too small so had to return for a size larger and even though the time limit was out of the nine day return policy, as these were a birthday gift, Daniel footwear exchanged the goods which arrived within one week of return. Excellent response time with regards to email exchange, almost instant. Would definitely use this company again, very pleased with the excellent service. Will also be calling at their outlet at Cheshire Oakes next time I am there. Thank you”

“Excellent service, delivery always extremely prompt . Wrapped absolutely beautifully, a real pleasure to open as a gift to oneself ! Feels like a little bit of luxury when opening. “Very pleased with the fit and quality of the shoe also the size of heel. My feel very comfortable on but I haven't worn them for a whole day yet to truly test them.”

“Last September I bought a pair of Daniel loafers in Glasgow while on Holiday. Since I have come back home to Victoria, Australia, I have purchased another 4 pairs of Daniel loafers, and am extremely happy with very purchase, with the ease of the internet and delivery time has been exceptional especially to Australia. “I ordered some Ugg boots from Daniels which is the first time I had bought anything from them. The service was very good, when I couldn't track my order their email response was quick and helpful. The boots themselves were packaged very nicely in tissue paper outside the box. I would definitely use them again.”

“When I paid for my order, I found that my Mothers Day discount hadn't been applied, so I phoned the Daniel office in Leeds and was immediately refunded the overpayment by Jennifer, who couldn't have been more helpful - she even emailed to confirm. My shoes arrived only 2 days later, but unfortunately they were unsuitable so again I phoned Daniel where Andy advised me to take them back to my local branch where they would initiate the refund process. By the time I got home, I had email confirmation that a full refund had been made to my account. The measure of a company, for me, is when something goes wrong and how that is dealt with, or the system is tested and found to be lacking. In this instance my shopping experience was a total pleasure - right from the browsing stage to this, the moment I felt enthused enough to write a review which I don't usually do. 10/10 for customer service - thank you!”

“Despite the fact that the 'sale' sandals were marked communicating with customer services has always received a prompt response and the team are very helpful. In the end I returned the sandals and exchanged them for a pair of shoe boots which were in the sale at a very good price reduction and I am very pleased with them.”
