“Very fast delivery and unfortunately I had to send my boots back as they was to small but the refund was very fast too.”

“The customer service was fantastic - all of the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Delivery was fast - even to France - and when I wanted to exchange the boots for a smaller size they were really helpful and the second pair arrived within three days. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.”

“Beautiful boots arrived well packed and quickly. I ordered two sizes as the first pair were to small. Daniel footwear refunded my purchase quickly. I would have given five stars but you have to pay for returns on sale items.”

“My order didn't arrive and when I contacted them they got in touch with the carrier who seemed to be at fault. They dealt with the carrier and sent me out a new order by another carrier which arrived within a couple of days and I am very happy with the boots. I appreciate how quickly and courteously they dealt with my complaint. Many thanks”

“The fly London sizing is different from other Euro sizes and a size 9 is a 40 in these shoes/boots. The are big on me. I was ready to send them back but decided to try thick socks and that did the trick. They seem like they will be great winter boots for schlepping around in; They are very comfortable, but still wide in the ankle/mid foot area. I decided to keep them but the jury is still out on the Fly London sizing. I do wonder if a size 39 would be better but don't want to go thru the hassle via the mail.”
