“Bought knee length boots. Extremely comfortable, albeit the colour was a bit misleading. Stated grey but we're more of a taupe colour. Otherwise very happy with product and service.”

“The site was easy to use. There was an issue with the courier, who left the parcel in a neighbours garden. It wasn't fond for 2 days. Danial Footwear offered an immediate refund if I wasn't happy with the condition of the boots I bought. Throughout the whole episode their customer service was excellent and very helpful.”

“You are a first rate company . This is the first time l have shopped with you and it certainly won't be the last....... l ordered ugg boots for my granddaughter they arrived extremely quickly and were well packed. Unfortunately l chose the wrong size so l phoned up and spoke to Rebecca who organised my return and exchange with a competent and friendly manner. The second pair arrived extremely quickly too and l got refunded for original pair unbelievable quick. Gorgeous boots. Many thanks Daniel Footwear. Highly recommended.”

“I love the Ash trainers I purchased but the courier service was poor as the first parcel went missing?? and I had to phone up to find out what was going on , lost at the sorting hub . But praise be to Daniel footwear who quickly rearranged it , otherwise would have given 5 stars .”
