“Whilst I was happy with the product and service of this company I will not be using this site again as the cost of returning unsuitable items is extortionate. I ordered two pairs of boots which regretfully didn't fit. I have an ankle malformation due to an accident which means finding suitable boots is about trial and error. As the boots were purchased at a reduced price the option of free returns was not available. It cost me £22.00 to return the goods and I have nothing to show for it. A lesson learned from this experience is to ensure I properly read the returns policy prior to purchasing goods online again.”

“Boots came really quickly and are of great quality and look fab. I have very slim legs and struggle to find boots that are not loose and these are very fitted. They are not for anyone with larger calves as you would end up having to sleep in them. I still struggle getting them off. Other than that I love Daniels boots must have about ten pairs”
