“Overall I was very pleased with the how quickly the shoes were delivered,my only concern was that I ordered Birkenstocks and usually you are told in the dicription of the product the width which is either regular or slim ,these didn't say so thinking if they were a slim fit they would be state this so they must be a regular fit I ordered them, and they were a slim fit , luckily they fit ok even though I am a regular fit usually,please in future state the width on the Birkenstock shoes this will stop returns and disappointment”

“I’ve still not received the item I ordered, I haven’t received a refund, and I’ve had no updates from the customer services team who have been ‘looking into the issue’. Extremely disappointed with a brand I’ve previously been pleased with, and will not be ordering again”

“I had a great service on my original call when I wanted to check the product details & a lovely lady went to the warehouse to actually view the product for me which I was very pleased with, The product arrived but I received 2 on the same day & I was charged twice! No one could really understand why & I had the inconvenience of returning the item & I am still waiting for a refund a week later so although love the product I’m disappointed my bank account has suffered through no fault of my own”
