“rude customer services, still waiting for my purchasee after nearly a week and abit now, rang up to aks and they said the next day and still never come then they said they would ring me back and never have.”

Hi Lisa, I am very sorry that you feel our customer services were rude to you. I can assure you this would not have been intentional. Looking into your order with us this looks like the courier lost the item but before we could confirm this we had to follow certain channels and procedures. We offered to send a new one out with a different courier but you opted for a refund. You have been fully refunded for the order now. “What if Daniel footwear didn’t make me happy?? I suggest a box for comments or improvement. Very good service - kept well informed and quick delivery but didn’t feel quality matched the price.”

“Trainers were worn and in a bad state. Apparently they were despatched from a shop and were probably off display. The soles were dirty. Looked like they d been wore out not just In a shop. Very disappointed. Put me off ever ordering anything else.”

“My order were same as seen in the pictures online. The delivery was faster than expected which was amazing. However, the jelly shoes I got for my daughter runs small and I called in to exchange but I was told it’s the company’s policy not to do exchange I had to post it back at a cost(it was on sale) and couldn’t order the bigger size again because I will have to pay for postage. Overall, I was happy I clicked on the advert that led me to thier website!”
