“Although I received the wrong item. I contacted customer services and I had fantastic customer service from a gentleman called Graham Adams who sent out the prepaid label very quickly and was very helpful. I would recommend them as I also received quick delivery. Thank you”

“Ordered 2 pairs f boots, arrived very promptly, also wrapped expertly. They had been well looked after. Unfortunately one set of boots had to be returned due to a fault although I did ask for a replacement pair but got a refund instead. Second boots were fantastic and very comfortable. Everyone has commented on how different they are. Very pleased with both service and support”

“Had to pay for delivery on a £100 order then no exchange. How do you buy shoes online if you can’t exchange for the correct size???? Then had to pay more postage to return. Told I could exchange them for a smaller size but no replacement arrived. After 2 weeks I chased them up to be told I could only have a refund. I won’t be shopping here again.”

Hi Andy, As per out terms and conditions on our website we do not offer exchanges. You do have to return the item for a refund and order the size you need. I am sorry if you were misinformed about our policy. With regards to the posting you should have been sent a free returns label in your parcel as this item is full priced. “I was looking for a particular Brand of boot, one I have already and love but it was so difficult to find online anywhere. Daniel Footwear had that and many other styles of this brand and at a fair price, I ordered and it arrived promptly and well packaged. The boots are a fabulous quality and the service is excellent, I will definitely use again. Thank you Daniel Footwear, I just never want to be without this brand of boot, it’s so stylish and comfortable.”
