“Purchased shoes online which turned out to be the wrong size. When I contacted the shop there was absolutely no problem returning them to the store and picking up the new size. All round excellent customer service will definitely order from here again!”

“Service was good but shoes were a little disappointing. Ordered a 7 but were too big, no 6.5 in stock, so brought insoles and wore shoes......I later discovered that a 6.5 had come back into stock. No fault of Daniels and shoes in general are good quality but a 'how shoes fit' section would be helpful, as these are wider than many of this make of shoe.”
