I do apologise to hear that this has happened, I have checked the notes on your order and can see that we offered you these with a £50 discount for all the inconvenience caused. I can see that you chose to send these back to us using a prepaid returns form we sent you and as soon as we receive these back we will issue a full refunded as agreed. I have looked into this for you and can see that you ordered a phone case which was showing in stock with one of our stores, when the store went to dispatch this order they noticed a small crack in the case, I can see that we let you know straight away and that your order has been fully refunded. “I am not happy with the service received by your company. I paid for shoes and shipping and also fee for exchange between pounds and dollars. Then I have been billed by an overnight carrier which I never ordered from for a shipping charge more than the price of the shoes. Never will be ordering from your company again.”

“The fit flops I ordered were too big therefore had to return them to you. I had to pay the postage and packing to return them, I thought the postage and packing was free from the uk. Have ordered a smaller size as the fit flops were really lovely.”

“I have ordered from this company many times they are efficient helpful and keep you well up to date with your delivery. I recently had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased this was dealt with quickly resolved and a gesture of goodwill was made even though they didn't have too. Customer services are easy to deal with. I have no problem recommending this company.”
