“I paid for next day, they arrived in 2 days! They were faulty so I rang. Your colleague told me to send them back and wait a few days and then reorder. So I sent them back (at my expense) and waited, reordered and repaid P&P! the new pair have the same fault! It looks like they were resent. I rang again, have been promised a discount voucher, and a free returns. This will cover my expenses for the second purchase, but nothing for the first! So yes I have not had a good experience.”

“if you're ordering from the US, BEWARE: return shipping costs are more expensive than the shoes themselves. if you aren't sure you are going to keep them, i advise shopping somewhere closer to home.”
