I have looked into this for you and can see that it looks like we were showing a stock discrepancy on that particular item due to a warehouse move. “Really comfortable, stylish shoes. And a very good fit for my large narrow feet (they come up quite big which suits me). The only downside - quite minor - is they turned my nude colour socklets black. I bought the shoes on recommendation of the 2 staff in your Muswell Hill shop (other shoes I'd tried on were a bit small), so many thanks to them!”

“I ordered a pair of bergundy ugg boots. Advised my order was on the way. 2 days later informed no stock and a refund would be made. I waited a few days for this to arrive. Very poor service.”
