“I received the soes but they were too small, I returned item and ordered 2 more pairs of shoes at same time (before receiving the refund). Finally, they never refunded me the first order (they said to me that they never received the return..!) and I never received 2 other shoes. Ive spent 400€. A disastrous experience”

This was despatched with UK Mail, I have had a look into this and delivery was attempted several times and a card was left before the delivery was successful. “Great customer service. My delivery wasn't arriving and when I asked about it they very promptly replied and sorted it all out. Boots arrived and they are gorgeous. Would definitely buy from here again. Linda”

“Purchased the blue suede Adamet shoes and the silver bag online as I couldn't get in them in my local shop, excellent service shoes arrived 3 days later and the bag on the fourth day, was kept informed on when they would be delivered. As always a fab service from Daniels both in store and online thank you xxx”
