“bad quality of the shoes; they had glue, and i found out the sole is not even leather. you spend 150 pounds on a pair of daniel shoes and the sole is made out of plastic. they didn't say that o the specifications on the website”

“Where to start.... from start to finish my shopping experience was excellent. I tried to order on line but the shoes I desperately wanted were out of stock. I spoke to a lovely lady in the Alderley Edge shop who kindly went out her way to source these shoes. Within one hour my shoes were winging there way to Edinburgh! Happy days and happy customer. “Did not receive the color I ordered. I ordered the Stuart Weitzman Elixir wedges in the camel color but received them in cream. I kept them because I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to return them.”

“Prima bedrijf! Vlugge levering en ook bij eventueel retour verloopt alles vlot. Ook de prijzen zijn erg interessant. Ik zal daar zeker nog bestellen. Super kwaliteit! Wel jammer dat er verzendkosten aangerekend worden naar het buitenland.”

“I am in Aust. using an Aust CC with an Aust billing address. I placed my order Thu 8/6 requesting delivery to the UK as my partner is on holiday there. Then I am asked to confirm my address with a utility bill, as my payment details don't match my billing address. They did, it was the delivery address that was different. I complied on the same day & explained I needed the shoes to be delivered by the following Wed 14/6. I emailed again on the 9/6 requesting an ETA. On Friday I was told the order was accepted & would be processed. By the 13th, I still did not have a delivery email, & behold, I am told the shoes are now out of stock. I am being offered other styles, but that is not what I ordered on the 9th June. I think the entire ordering process needs to be improved. Those shoes should have been allocated to me when I purchased them early on the 9/6 (actually late evening 8/6 UK time). I requested a refund yesterday, as Daniel Footwear have had my money now for a week. A refund should be immediate. Stay tuned.....”
