“I bought a pair of beautiful Daniel Footwear slingback platform stilettos, they were in the sale and I thought I had ordered a size 5 but it was my error that I had actually selected a size 6! When I had noticed my error I quickly got back on to the website and a size 5 wasn't a available and I was devastated! However when the size 6 shoes arrived they fit me perfectly and are now my new favorite shoes! The packaging was lovely too and the enveloped invoice gave my shopping experience a real personal touch. I have already been recommending to friends and family and will definitely order again myself! Thank you so much :)”

“I happened to stumble across a pair of boots almost identical to a pair i have that are now so worn they don't look smart any more so i snapped them up in the sale with 20% off - bargain! they are gorgeous & very good quality.”

“Although I ordered boots online and had to return them, I was happy that I could take the parcel to my local branch Mill Hill and drop them off. I was informed that the refund would hit paypal in 3-5 working days. I was worried that the manager would not email my details and there would be admin problems which usually happens. However within 24 hours I received an email that paypal had received the refund which was quite a large amount. I was delighted I didn't have to chase this up. One point I would make is that I have trouble finding boots to fit tightly on my skinny legs. Past boots ordered online have fitted. However these over the knee boots were so baggy around the ankles shin and knees. Perhaps in the description it could mention if they are a very slim fit or not to reduce cost of postage and process of returning. Carole levy”

“I live in Finland and found amazing shoes, brands we do not carry in Finland. I purchased a pair ,which I absolutely love. On top of that the customer service has been EXCELLENT. The shoes i purchased were sent by FedEx and i happened to be away for business when the first attempt to deliver my shoes was made. The customer service contacted me via email straight away , to inform me, that an attempt of the delivery had been made . Customer service kept me informed and responded to my emails thoroughly.
