“I ordered a Valentino bag, when it arrived it was scratched and the buckle was broken so the bag would not fasten. I sent the bag back on Monday and have still not received confirmation that Daniel Footwear have received the bag and no sign of the Money back yet This is the first time I've felt the need to write a review but for a bag to be sent out damaged it's not showing a good service!”

“Fast shipping! Shipped from Europe to USA and still arrived about 4 days earlier than shoes ordered the same day from Sorel. Good prices too! Box was damaged though- luckily shoes were not.”

“Paid for next day delivery as wanted the boots for a particular occasion. When they didn't arrive, telephoned the company only to discover they had not been sent. Very disappointed and cancelled my order.”
