“The shoes was nice and original”

“The shoes I ordered were good quality and excellent value in the sale. I was however disappointed with the time taken for them to arrive. My daughter had ordered the shoes for an interview and we arranged to have them delivered to our local branch. The website said delivery would be 2-4 working days. We ordered the shoes on a Saturday expecting them to arrive on the following Thursday or Friday at the latest. The shoes eventually arrived in store on the following Monday (9 days after they were ordered). My daughter had to rush to collect the shoes and go straight off to her interview which was not ideal and increased her stress levels.”

Hi Julia, I'm very sorry for the extra stress the late delivery caused, we do endeavor to delivery within 2-4 working days but occasionally it can be longer, which we try to keep to an absolute minimum. Regards Mark Customer Services

“Ordered online two different pairs of shoes which arrived within a couple of days. Loved both but one pair too big and decided on a different colour for the other pair. Returned both pairs & ordered new ones as above. I received the refunds immediately and now have two great pairs of new shoes in the colour and size required. Process could not have been easier.”

“Ordered K & S Boots. Not sale! This being my third pair. They are so comfortable, such soft leather and have great soles. Order came promptly and was well packaged. Excellent service and would highly recommend Daniel Footwear.”

“Excellent service my boots arrived in a few days after ordering. Free delivery and free returns is also part of the service. Quality of my boots is excellent. I love Daniel foot wear can’t recommend them enough for service and quality.”

“I am very disappointed with the service as I ordered my daughters school shoes from here they said they had them in stock and be with me on Wednesday. Wednesday came and I received an email saying that they didn't have them in stock.”

“Outstanding service from start to finish...ordered 3 pairs of boots..on Sun 30/12/18 @ 6:14pm..from South West rural Ireland .& on Thurs at lunchtime..I received my parcel..3 boxes..beautifylly wrapped.. .paperwork in order....all perfect...so efficient...so fast..in the middle of bank holiday/Christmas!!..I will certainly be using Daniel Footwear in the future..A1....I could not get these boots in Ireland..what a bonus to get them in 3 colours and almost 50% discount.!!. .just fab..wow🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (Regarding size..i already had a pair of these identical boots in teal...so I knew they would fit)...10 out of 10..Excellent...”
