I accidentally submitted my name on the shipping address when it was shipped to my sister's place and the USPS didn't like that. Dbrand's response to my help request was quick and friendly. My order's shipping address/name was changed double time.

Well, I’ve been a avid fan of there designs. And just recently they replaced my skin cause it has warped during shipping, free of charge. I would tell them to go easy on the prices of the mask or at least make it work the hefty price but honestly. I think they’re heading in the right direction.

Dbrand is in its own realm. Just do what their robots tell you to do and we just might accomplish peace on Earth. FYI they did not force me or encourage me to put it in these exact words. I chose to.

The robots that take care of customer service are awesome, and sound more human than most humans I deal with. They resolved my issue quickly, painlessly, and went above and beyond.

My ps5 order changed on me from digital to disc. I emailed them to update dark plate order and they took care of it in within a half hour. Clutch.

Fantastic product, exceptional customer service, reasonable price. I've gotten a few skins from Dbrand by now, been thoroughly satisfied with each one. Application process can be tricky, IMO, but once you get it in the right place it's durable and great.

Ordered matte black plates for my PS5. The process to order was easy as, they shipped it when they said they would, and even though there was slight damage (from user error, oops) they organised a replacement quickly. Highly recommend.

They made it easy to work with their customer service. I had what I thought might be a complicated request but we had it resolved in the matter of 2 emails and less than a day.
