I made a mistake in my order, sent a support message to dbrand and got it answered within an hour or so. They resolved my mistake right away, now that’s customer support. For sure will order again in the future

Excellent customer service! I had a slight warp in my Grip case, within twenty-four hours I had a replacement case and skin re-ordered. Now I'm just waiting for it to ship! That's exactly what one wants when they deal with customer service of any kind.

Excellent customer service, fast and to the point. I've never been less stressed after not receiving a package in my life. They solved my issues super fast and without having to go back and forth for a satisfactory resolution.

Clear, quick response, and excellent customer service. When one of their products didn't meet their standards, so they issued a store credit even after a few months of use. It's almost been a year since then and they were still able to process the store credit for my next order.

Honestly, the best costumer service out there! They always give very straightforward answers and don’t talk to you like they’re bots on autoreply(which often feels like the case with alot of other companies). And also sick products!🤌🏻

I could write a whole essay on why dbrand is great, but to keep it simple, their customer service is the best I have ever seen. When I buy a product, I know that if i need or even want something done they will get it done.
