The customer service was outstanding. They helped me with what I needed and provided me with lots of laughs, something that other companies fail to do. The products are extremely high quality and the support team is better than everyone else.

My order had a small defect due to shrinkage after manufacturing and Dbrand replaced my skin. Without any issues. Fully satisfied with their products and customer service.

Extremely impressed the way dbrand handled my order.No Bullshill! Action was prompt, from Ontario to Perth,Scotland at my doorstep in less than 4 days no special delivery or 1st class either! 1st class treatment of a customer though. . . . Well done guys! 6 stars.

First of all, they answer quickly and are so transparent about they’re steps. Keeping you, satisfied every time. They re kind and make me laugh hard with the robot humor. Wich company does that?? A few rare does! See ya Robots!

They make me laugh in the way they respond and that cheers me up, but I also feel like they understand me and don’t lack empathy like other companies usually do.

Got a defective product, after going through a bit of effort to prove the product was defective, I was offered a replacement. Was annoying to deal with but they were responsive and prompt.

They’re very responsive to my inquiries! Also orders were delivered fast to my destination (southeast Asia)! When I complained about the sizing, they said it must’ve been shrinkage and gave me a replacement straight away!
