“My order had a small defect due to shrinkage after manufacturing and Dbrand replaced my skin. Without any issues. Fully satisfied with their products and customer service.”

“Extremely impressed the way dbrand handled my order.No Bullshill! Action was prompt, from Ontario to Perth,Scotland at my doorstep in less than 4 days no special delivery or 1st class either! 1st class treatment of a customer though. . . . Well done guys! 6 stars.”

“First of all, they answer quickly and are so transparent about they’re steps. Keeping you, satisfied every time. They re kind and make me laugh hard with the robot humor. Wich company does that?? A few rare does! See ya Robots!”

“They’re very responsive to my inquiries! Also orders were delivered fast to my destination (southeast Asia)! When I complained about the sizing, they said it must’ve been shrinkage and gave me a replacement straight away!”

“I've ordered from these guys a couple of times and never had an issue with them. My stuff has always been super high quality, definitely worth the price. And when I had an issue about changing my address they sorted it out really quickly. Delivery usually takes about 3 weeks but then that's expected as I'm in the UK :)”
