When your order gets lost or stolen, Dbrand has clear instructions ready to go. They will not give you canned, generic, basic advice that you could’ve Googled. They are not like the USPS (who needs to be cancelled immediately). Dbrand will resend your order if the USPS screwed up and doesn’t have a system in place to check for screw ups. Like getting a package signed for before dropping it off!

One of the skins did not arrive in my package, I emailed dbrand and they got back to me very quickly and then sent a replacement order. Amazing customer service, thank you robots!

My package was lost by USPS. I emailed dbrand and within 10 minutes had a reply that they were shipping out a replacement order for free. That’s pretty amazing customer service in my opinion.

Had a few issues with shipping. always had great service without trouble. Reasonable service that gives the feeling they want to solve the issues. Products are high quality!

Made a mistake while ordering my 2nd and 3rd dbrand skin because I liked the first one so well (totally my fault, nothing they did wrong). After a quick contact email the next day, they responded back almost instantly that they were able to fix my goof, and I would be receiving what I MEANT to order, instead of what i mistakenly ACTUALLY ordered. Thanks Dbrand.

The order got lost in shipping. The Robots sorted it real quick and sorted out another item to be shipped over. Great service. I will be happy for dbrand to take my money again!

i have made Multiple purchases over the last few years, PS4 skins inc controllers, S9+ skin and GRIP case, S10+ GRIP inc Skin and Pixel 5 GRIP inc skin. very happy with Product. I did have an issue with the S9+ GRIP case, and they worked with me Seamlessly to Resolve the issue, Thank you
