“When your order gets lost or stolen, Dbrand has clear instructions ready to go. They will not give you canned, generic, basic advice that you could’ve Googled. They are not like the USPS (who needs to be cancelled immediately). Dbrand will resend your order if the USPS screwed up and doesn’t have a system in place to check for screw ups. Like getting a package signed for before dropping it off!”

“My package was lost by USPS. I emailed dbrand and within 10 minutes had a reply that they were shipping out a replacement order for free. That’s pretty amazing customer service in my opinion.”
