“Wow! They’re robots have to be one of the best things about their service. I receive answers within SECONDS and these answers are always in good taste. Much better than speaking with a real person in my opinion, no attitude or extra steps involved. Many have recommended this brand to me and if you’re on the fence about it like I was, it’s worth the extra $ for service and quality assurance. Take it up with the robot if you aren’t sure :)”

“They have great customer services. I had bought the grip car for my phone and a few months later a bit of the case cracked so I contacted them and after providing proof they sent me out a replacement the same day and they even included a free skin for the case. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had. For this reason and because they have high quality products I stay a customer.”

“When "robots" understand the human element better than most humanz do its kinda hard not to rate 5 stars but reached out to customer service for a specific request and they reach back with comedy and not only made me smile with each reply back also did their best to achieve my request I even offered to purchase a second duplicate in hopes I'd get a specific cutting of a skin and they did everything in their power to meet my needs without buying anything extra and assured me that although they can try their best to meet my request it's still no guarantee but still even that was more of a gesture than what most companies would do so between that and making me laugh for the couple of days of back and forth I wouldn't even dare give less than 5 stars”

“Very fast delivery speed, and top quality products. Had a small issue where the print/design on one part was of a different orientation but the customer service team was quick to help fix the issue and offered to cut a completely new set to make sure it was all a match!”
