“I really wanted to purchase a coat that was low on stock so I thought I would try to reserve one - I couldn't figure out how to reserve it online, so the customer services representative I called kindly put me on to someone in store to reserve it the old fashioned way!”

“the service was Excellent and it arrived really quickly the products are really good quality at a low price, however when you purchase shoes, it would be better if they get sent in a shoebox especially if they are branded ( I had bought some Asics) but generally it was an amazing experience.”

“I bought a new shimano sora crankset in store and also paid for the installation, a few days later the pedals started to get lose and fell off the crank. When I came back to Decathlon Surrey Quays the manager refused the replacement or refund for the defective part saying it could've been my fault. Costumer service in store absolutely despicable. I had to contact costumer service by phone to and say I'd take legal action if the broken part is not replaced or refunded, horrible experience!”

“The staff helped me find the right sports wear and guided me to quality products that were not too expensive. I was also helped with some fitness equipment, and not just left to self select. Going the extra mole means I will go back for other equipment I need in the future.”
