“If an item is not in stock, it should not be shown for sale online. I have ordered three items in the past, told the family that I have ordered, only to disappoint them and say not getting the items as I subsequently get an e-mail stating that item is now not available.”

“I love Decatlon. Nice and good quality items and "fare" price. Last time I used Decatlon was online and the items arrived in 3 days. Next day I waa flying out on holidays so they arrived just on time. Great bikini!”

“Price was fair and the goods delivered are what I wanted. However, they were packaged in such a large envelope that they could not be dropped off in my postbox as expected. They were sent to the post office depo, which was closed most evenings so in the end I did not get the goods in time for what I needed them for, but they will still be useful. In future, please send smaller packages and/or cut down on packaging. Thanks!”

“I bought my bike from decathlon and I was excited. After 8 months I went to decathlon store to change my rear break pad and I asked to check my front breaks as well. Unfortunately, I paid 9 pounds for the front checking and the reason was the tightening of a screw. Also, the rear breaks was stopping/breaking the rear wheel continuously and their is a noise from the chain. Overall, I paid 20 pounds for nothing. Furthermore, I didn't have the time to go to the store again and I tried to find contact details (phone no or emails) online. However, all the "contact" web pages were broken. So, I am extremely unsatisfied with (a) store workshop service and (b) contact methods.”

“I ordered a football on-line to be delivered into store which arrived before the delivery date stated, which impressed me. My only criticism would be that the the pick up point was in chaos, the young lady who was serving had to keep searching through all the parcels, there didn't seem to be any structure or organisation in that department.”
