“Our first visit to Decathlon was an eye opener! So many sports catered for, and each one covered thoroughly. Although not sporty ourselves (looking re grandson's interests) we enjoyed the browse and were pleased to find "warm wear" for me and knee support for my husband which he has needed for years! The fleece jumper was so warm and easy to wear and a very reasonable price that I immediately sent for more - and when she saw mine my step daughter sent for some for her ski-ing holiday! I have been so comfortable all winter that I'm quite sorry the weather is warming up so that my fleeces keep me too warm, so I'll have to put them away for the summer! We'll go back again.”

“Staff are always friendly and helpful at Giltbrook Decathlon. When i bought my daughters body protector for horse-riding i was given excellent advice on the fit etc. I hadn't even approached him to ask for advice he had offered his services and proved himself indispensable. I was so pleased he had approached me and offered to help fit my child. brilliant. thank you! p.s. quality of the items are always second to none too.”

“Decathlon provide a wide range of excellent quality sports goods at reasonable prices. Online website is easy to use - I've used both online purchases and reserved for collection. Both facilities worked fine for me. Wide range of products available, loyalty card for discounts and excellent service throughout. Need more Decathlon outlets in the London area.”

“Buying online was easy and quick , delivery prompt and goods as expected. The value of goods from Decathalon is excellent and will definitely be recommending the service to fellow tabletennis club members. I also find the Decathalon store at La Roche sur Yon well worth a visit.”

“The online registration process was a bit complicated and I ended up phoning Customer Services to help me through it - that side of things could definitely be improved. However, once my order went in everything was very smooth and worked perfectly. My order arrived quickly and was well-packaged.”

“I like the product from Decathlon but I hate having to order online. I placed an order before Xmas and one item was not available but you do not have a system to tell customers that. The order took for ever to arrive and it was a Xmas. I complained and another incomplete order was dispatched. I don't think the order was ever delivered properly. I will go to your shop but won't use online again.”

“Decathlons website made my exchange a doddle. I will be returning to purchase more items from the webiste, as they do not have a store in the north east of england, lets hope that it continues to grow and a store opens soon!”

“I ordered some salopettes for my nearly 11 year old. After looking at the measurements on the item on the website, I went for the 13-14 as he's quite tall. They arrived very quickly but were huge so I had to return them and order a replacement pair. These also arrived very quickly and were perfect. He loves them. They kept him warm when we went skiing and looked great.”
