“Buying online was easy and quick , delivery prompt and goods as expected. The value of goods from Decathalon is excellent and will definitely be recommending the service to fellow tabletennis club members. I also find the Decathalon store at La Roche sur Yon well worth a visit.”

“The online registration process was a bit complicated and I ended up phoning Customer Services to help me through it - that side of things could definitely be improved. However, once my order went in everything was very smooth and worked perfectly. My order arrived quickly and was well-packaged.”

“I like the product from Decathlon but I hate having to order online. I placed an order before Xmas and one item was not available but you do not have a system to tell customers that. The order took for ever to arrive and it was a Xmas. I complained and another incomplete order was dispatched. I don't think the order was ever delivered properly. I will go to your shop but won't use online again.”

“Decathlons website made my exchange a doddle. I will be returning to purchase more items from the webiste, as they do not have a store in the north east of england, lets hope that it continues to grow and a store opens soon!”

“I ordered some salopettes for my nearly 11 year old. After looking at the measurements on the item on the website, I went for the 13-14 as he's quite tall. They arrived very quickly but were huge so I had to return them and order a replacement pair. These also arrived very quickly and were perfect. He loves them. They kept him warm when we went skiing and looked great.”

“As a family who take part in an eclectic mix of sports Decathlon is definitely the place for us to shop. Sports we do include water sports, camping, climbing, dance, mountain biking and much more Have been shopping at Decathlon for a couple of years now. Great products, high-quality great prices. Great customer service.”
