“Unfortunately I sent something to an old address. This is partly due to my own inattention, but also because the address is shown quite small on the confirm page, and paypal's address did not get used like it does with ebay etc. Product etc good though.”

“Customer Services should be reviewed. I had cause to phone on a Sunday and the person I spoke to had to serve customers whilst talking to me which I found appaling. Although she tried her best, all I got was about 5 interruptions and 'the computer says no'. Its just not good enough. She didn't have time to think about my query and appeared to have limited authority.”
