“The largest selection of sporting goods, great prices and quick delivery. Bought new gear for my recent ski trip and returned to buy some running and cycling gear after. Wonderful.”

“Generally it's easy to find items that I want; and/or browse offers, end-of-line sale items etc. However, the size guides are sometimes unreliable (or the description or link in the online item's page is incorrect) so I've ended up with something unsuitable. It's always easy to arrange an exchange or refund, however: I use in-store pick-up (preferable to reserve and collect) so I can check the size immediately on collection and deal with an exchange or refund as soon as possible.”

“I had to make trips to the store and then wait for 5 days, to exchange my goods as my size was not in store. The idea of ordering online was to avoid making a trip to the store... but I ended up having to make two . So going forward I will just have to find the time to get to the store rather than ordering online. I live and work in the NG5 area of Nottingham so not the easiest trip two make during work hours or week days . Store location is NG16 2RP”

“Unfortunately I sent something to an old address. This is partly due to my own inattention, but also because the address is shown quite small on the confirm page, and paypal's address did not get used like it does with ebay etc. Product etc good though.”
