“Bought a couple of sports shirts recently real value for money did it online. Have bought quite a few things over the years from Decathalon always found them quality items and excellent prices. One of my favorite sports shops.”

“The online service is a good way of ordering stuff. The delivery to the store in town is quick and a convenient way of collecting the order. The only criticism so far is that when browsing and selecting goods I seem to have going through the beginning of the webpage which takes time and bother.”

“Found the whole process very poor. The address checker didn't work on my tablet so had to fill out my details again on my laptop. My order took an age to turn up because of a system issue. I got an email about the system after I expected to have had my order Sorry IJust wouldnt use again.”

With a tablet or smartphone we advise customers to use our online app as some smartphones and tablets are not compatible with the online browser. In regards to the date of delivery we apologise for the delay I can see that your order was dispatched on the 05/02 and out for delivery with Royal Mail on 06/02, which was a day delay as an item was being shipped from outside of the UK due to stock transfer. We are constantly working on ways to improve the online experience and will take note of your feedback. Have a wonderful weekend.

“I came to DECATHLON after some bitter disappointment with online ordering from a competitor. Not only were the DECATHLON outdoor clothes better quality and design, they were more reasonably priced and the service was exemplary. This is my first experience with DECATHLON but it will definately not be my last.”
