“Wasn't impressed at all with the service. I ordered 2 children's fleeces, which were showing in stock when I ordered them online. It took Decathlon nearly 5 days to contact me to inform me that one of the sizes I had ordered was now out of stock and that the remainder of my order was placed on hold until I contacted them by email or phone to say what I wanted to do with my order. I ordered a different size, but it still took an eternity for them to deliver it to my local store to collect. Won't be ordering from them again.”

Dear Ms Kempa, We apologise for any inconveniences caused despite the attention paid to updating the stock levels displayed on the website, the availability of products, sent by the supplier, may, on occasion, differ from that when the order is placed. We can see that your Click & Collect arrived to the store on the 13/01 which was the delivery date, we are aware that the Click & Collect delivery dates can be slightly longer than a home delivery and apologise for this. We are currently working on ways to better the delivery times and the online experiences for all customer.

“Great value for money and swift delivery. I really missed Decathlon after moving from France to live in the UK. I wish there was a branch nearby. However, the delivery system is very good.”

“I can't say enough what good experiences Ive had with Decathalon, always so helpful and great products, love the fact that alot of the staff are heavily into the areas they work in for example the guy who helped me get my running trainers know his stuffed as it's also his passion...and it shows, great store and staff, top marks from me”

“The 3kg medicine ball is very good. Good price. Postage however was a rip off I wanted both the 2kg and 3kg medicine ball and postage came to £25?! To buy the 3kg alone was £5 but to buy the 2kg alone was still £25! Made no sense, however the product was good and the delivery itself was good.”

“Purchased a road cycle. Sales assistant was friendly,knowledgeable really listened to what I wanted and advised accordingly. Demonstrated a really good knowledge of the product range and cycling generally. Mail Order Click and collect but I was abroad at the specific pick up date. Was able to arrange an extended collection period. Very helpful.”
