“bought a black b twin cycling rain jacket for not much more than £20-the reviews on line were consistent 8-10/10 which I thought was surprising for that price. However I have not been disappointed-the jacket is waterproof and very well made-quality stitching and zip etc-as with any gear you can't really tell until you've used it a lot over at least 6 months but so far so good.”

“Bought jodhpurs for my daughter which have been great, wash up lovely, very comfortable look fabulous! Bought a few things for her horse stable rugs and outside rugs nice designs and easy fastenings. All bought on line but would be great to see them in store!”

“Products are good quality, shops have an amazing product range and good layout. The website lets you down as I cannot always find things by sport. Maybe search by product type across all sports as well.”

“I received an email on the 27th January to say my "parcel has been delivered to my local store at 11.06 today"....and it was "ready for collection" .... followed by "please collect by the 26th January" (yes, I'll get my time machine ready) Which would've been amusing if I hadn't received an email saying that decathlon had received my return and they'd refunded the money. So, no, not happy. I never got what I wanted. I emailed them and they sent a generic reply "Unfortunately, there has been a mistake. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a nice day!" NOT the way to do business. fools.”

“Bought these to protect my knees when practising at Iaido. So far, so good. They stay in position thanks to the elasticated cuffs and are well cushioned. All In All very happy.”

“was very please with everything I bought specially pair of shoes, they are very comfortable. I had to return few items and refund was swift. The size can be bit confusing but double triple check before ordering.”

“Unfortunately the item sent to me was not what I had ordered. I sent it back and re ordered and again the wrong item was delivered. I returned this item and opted for a refund. I will not be using Decathlon again in the future.”
