“The store I have used in the past has been closed, Glasgow Fort. Due to the distance to travel and costs involved I will be using more local suppliers in future for much of my sports supplies”

“I ordered an all in one swimming costume and the quality and price of that is really good, but it was the overall delivery and collection service that I found appalling. I received an e-mail to inform me when it was in store, so I went on this day and I was stood there for ages whilst they were rummaging through piles of deliveries and bags and they kept stating that it wasn't there, (they kept looking at me in a manner like what do you want me to do about it its not here). This went on several times with different people looking and I was getting quite frustrated by this time. Eventually this girl found it and passed it to me saying its here, you can go straight out now you've got it. I can certainly tell you it has put me off buying anything else from your store.”

“Bought the boots for a skiing holiday As footwear for when I wasn't skiing and they were amazing my feet kept warm despite it being freezing and having. Slipper socks on overall I would tell anyone who wants comfy warm boots these are the ones”

“We bought a Quelcha Tarpaulin. It was as described and delivered promptly. Such an easy order we had completely forgotten about it and totally surprised when it arrived!! Quality of the product itself is good. It is extremely compact in its storage bag.”

“Too much verification done , I had to send my passport just to get my order processed which I have not seen anywhere on any shopping websites , which I did not like , but anyways the product turned out to be good . But if the same verification is done once again on my next shopping definitely I will skip shopping at decathlon.”

“The Braehead store (nr Glasgow) is an absolute riot. Staff are under trained and have no idea what they're doing. The outside of the store is a mess (ripped tents blowing in the wind) and the availability of stock in the store is haphazard at best. I do not often use Decathlon but after my recent experiences I will be using them even less.”

“The quality of the items was excellent, however the sizes were on the small side and whilst they fitted I think that they were possibly about a year out. My daughter is small for her age and the 10yr old stuff were a bit small.”

“I had two issues in one online order. When the items were delivered I realised that there were some that did not belong to me. I called the support team and they apologised and promptly arranged a pick up for them. Later, I also realised that 2 of the purchased items were the wrong size. (my mistake), I scheduled a return and everything was very smooth. The only thing was that I could not make an exchange for another product and had to make a new online order, and pay for the delivery, since it was way less under 70 GBP. Apparently you can only exchange within certain products of the same category, (something around these lines). Anyways, I am very happy with decatlhon Overall.”
