“I discovered after placing my order that I had an incorrect size for one of my items. I emailed immediately to rectify this & I was emailed back in return with confirmation that my change had been made. All of the products arrived as ordered & on time.”

“I ordered to collect from the store and it was delivered long after the estimated date! I didn't even get an email confirming it was in store I was in the area so decided to call in to find out where my order was and it was sitting there in the store! I previously ordered for home delivery and it was delivered long after the estimated date too - I won't be using decathlon again”

Dear Ms Tulett, Thank you for your feedback, we apologise for the delay of your Click & Collect order it appears when it arrived it was not scanned when it arrived in store, we have made stores aware of the importance of following this process to avoid delaying the collection date. In regards to your online order this arrived before the estimated delivery date, there was no delay as the estimated delivery date was 02/03 and it arrived 27/03 due to one item on the order requiring stock transfer from outside of the UK but it arrived earlier than expected. We apologise that this process is not satisfying in terms of how long it will take and we are working on ways to improve and avoid having to transfer stock. We hope that you will use Decathlon.co.uk one day again and that your online experience will be a positive one.

“Great bike, quickly delivered. Sloped frame in 60 requires me to raise the saddle slightly above max line (I'm 6'2" with long legs). The gears need tuning but hopefully the free service will fix that. Excellent value for money.”

“Hi not been buying from you guys for long. I stumbled on your site by accident and ever since have bought a couple of items from you mostly on line. My problem is deliveries take too long through processing to delivery and sometimes it does not help if you need something urgent. Also I requested for a membership card and any time a go to the shop and ask for it as you do not post it, I am told stories like 'our printer to print it is not working' or 'the person to deal with it is not available'. Have no complain about the quality but sometimes the sizes are a squeeze and one will have to buy a size or size and half bigger.”

“TO START WITH I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SWIM SHOES IN THE WATER THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND ON DRY SIDE, BUT IF THE POOL SIDE IS WET THEY SLIP.”
