Bought these for boat fishing for pike.They are far warmer and far better made than the tripe that you buy from angling shops. I would like to give them a season in a pike boat before I comment on how water proof they are.Mind you it's looking good so far as the material repels water (unlike sundridge et al that just soaks it up).

I was treated as an idiot regarding my demand on perching 1,000 units of your swimming robe ( " go inside the web site and then click on the amount ..."), sierisly? I asked for a business proposal and that was the answer I was given?

My order came through quickly and when it said it would. I recieved all the confirmation emails in a timely manner and everything went very smoothly. I have bought in store, brilliant running equipment, and my scooter was my first online order with them. Would happily do so again.

DECATHLON IS A GREAT STORE. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THERE IS A VARIED RANGE OF PRODUCTS, OF SUBSTANTIAL QUALITY, AND VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. HOWEVER, THE STRUCTURE OF THE DELIVERIES IS POOR AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.

I think Decathlon offers great value clothing for outdoor sports. I do mountaineering & Climbing and also ski off piste and ski-tour. I would rather my money went on actual holidays rather than buying clothing - and find that buying kit from Decathlon helps that aim. I'm really impressed by the quality and don't feel I am compromising in the level of protection i get - whether summer or winter! For example - the Bionassay 500 softshell - which is an amazing buy for £50! I chose this after looking at several for 3 times the price and finding them wanting.

I ordered some items online and it took nearly two weeks to arrive which isn't very good considering other companies can deliver the next day. I wont be buying online again

My scooter broke and I was told I was able to return it 'in an unused condition'. I tried to explain that I had used it but have yet to hear from them regarding a replacement. Very poor service.

I like the products I chose to keep. However, after many emails I have only had £5 worth of credit when my returns refund is over £30. I don't think customer services is very efficient. It isn't possible to have a conversation, just individual messages (annoying 'no reply' system) I won't be shopping with decathlon online again as I have wasted hours trying to recoup £30

Dear Ms Smedley, We apologise for the negative online experience, there was a misunderstanding which is why you were given a £5 loyalty voucher. We have looked at your online loyalty card and £30 worth of loyalty card were added on 14/03 but due to the amount the voucher was not generated until 20/03. Please access your account where you will see there is a voucher for £5 & £30 available to use, these will be valid for 3 months after this they will automatically expire. I am a big fan of decathlon as its always really good value and excellent quality. I buy a lot from the kids ranges but do find the sizing comes up very small so already need to go to the men's department for my 12yr old son, so I do wish the sizing came up bigger and went to age 16. I also use the website but do however find the it frustrating to navigate.

Problem with issuing me my loyalty voucher took two weeks to sort out during which time several sale items sold out. Eventually placed order which took another four weeks to arrive during which time another couple of items went out of stock. Very poor considering that other large cycle mail order companies normally supply on a next day delivery. My wife and I own three BTwin bikes which we are very happy with but when it comes to upgrading later in the year I will be looking elsewhere.

Always seem to have a good customer experience with Decathlon. Recently I had to return some ski gear which didn't fit my daughter, which was no problem at all. At the same time I was trying to trace the last pair of a certain type and size of ski. A few calls and different stores organised for the shipment of these skis to my local store for collection. Great service! Thanks. Stuart

I was not happy at all with my decathalon ordering experience. Firstly the order took 7 days to arrive which I think is a rather long time. Then a few of the tops I had ordered were huge, turns out decathalons website uses American sizes (which I did not see a note of anywhere). Also the running shoes I ordered were causing static so I emailed customer services for some advise. The first email said I hadn't ordered the shoes on my order number. When I tried to email again someone else answered with 'yes your shoes were delivered' not at all what I was asking and very frustrating!! Never did get any help.
